"No stars. I wouldn't let my child be in there care. I had to take My little girl out of kinder kids as she came home with a nail mark on her arm which drew blood and turned into a scar. The nail mark was on her arm for many weeks. And it was never reported to me. They told me they never noticed. Ive got the pictures, arched like a nail shape. When I asked about the mark, I was told it could have been a rattle but it was definetly not. It appeared to be like a thumb nail mark to me and everyone else who had seen it said the same. Trust your gut instinct in this place. Wish I had of trusted at the very beginning. I Would have loved to be a fly on the wall to see who done it to my daughter who has special needs. And she came back with a poo all over her EVERYTIME, and when I said about it , I was told she needed a bigger nappy!! So funny enough they only started to change her when I showed up and one time I was actually told to take over changing her. So I showed up an hour early at time. Absolutely unprofessional and badly run place. Now my poor baby has a scar on her arm. Who ever done it should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!"
