"Wasn’t quite sure what to expect when we walked in as pub is a little tired (especially the toilets). That said team really friendly, food was extremely good (goats cheese and beetroot, prawn cocktail, burger all nice) and great value for money. A nice community pub"

"Very quiet on a grey Thursday lunchtime. But a lovely feel to the place. Clean and tidy. I had a delicious fishfinger sandwich on chunky brown bread and a Diet Coke for £10. Easy parking right outside. I imagine it’s chaos on a test match date!!!"

"Went for dinner here 'eat out help out'. Service good, food wasn't so good - reduced menu, so choice wasn't that great. Prefer their Sunday menu. Very covid aware, one way system through pub and partitions between tables. Good."
