"I found a music box and was happy as I like these little boxes, we already have with other caracter. I gave it to my child to check it while I check the cloths. She dropped the box twice and a man from costumer service on a very rude voice tone told me if the box brakes you have to buy it. I mean to but it any way but because of this level of service, I put it back to the shelf. Very dissapointed with the charity costumer service."
