"Ideally doesn't deserve even 1 star, but have no option. I have booked end of tennacy cleaning with them by giving 50% deposit in advance and a week in advance. Not only they cancelled the booking at eleventh hour via text message. They don't seem to be in any mood to return my deposit. They cancelled stating covid reasons. Fine fair enough. Covid can happen at anytime no one can know in advance However, not taking my calls not giving me any confirmation regarding deposit return is just not acceptable. I had to book another agency while these people are sitting with my deposit. When they cancelled i.e. 6 days before in the text message they mentioned my deposit will be returned in 3 working days. Well it's been 5 workings days and I have not heard anything from them. Guess I have no choice then to register a formal complain now and get my money back. However, putting this review here so no one else false for this trap. Please avoid JNS as they clearly don't care about their customers at all."
