"Went to landis this afternoon to return some parcels had not got a clue how to work the machine the lady came round & shown me how to use it & ended up doing all my labels for me then I realised I didn’t no wat label went to wat parcel so we had to go through them all again 1 at a time till I had got them all done I kept saying I’m really sorry she just kept saying don’t worry it’s not a problem just want to say a big thank you for sorting me out"
