"Ordered a coffee and hot food paid plus left a tip the girl with the long blonde hair said take a seat and someone will bring it over. The girl in the glasses with dark hair acknowledged me saying it shouldn't be too long. She forgot all about my order and served other customers behind me their hot food. I produced my receipt and was refused my money back. Very poor customer service."
