"We called in for the first time for lunch, didn't even get to try the food. Was given menus and then totally forgotten about while other customers arrived after us got attended to & had their order taken. Continued to wait but we seemed to be invisible to all the staff. Sorry to say we will not be back as first impression do matter. When we handed back the menus to a member of staff he didn't seem to be bothered and said he didn't notice us but annoyingly had served the people beside us. Plenty of other restaurants on the belmont Rd."
