"Rude old lady in the perfume department, refused change perfume for me I brought day ago I didn't opened I didn't use it I got recepet and box doesn't damage she told me I spoke with my manager I cant change it i told her I dont want refund I just want to change it she said no I lost 123 pound for nothing I'm very disappointed I no go back there for shopping never ever"
