"I was excited to see they stock bath and body works products.. yet there weren’t any prices on anything? Only a vague list on the wall stating ‘body mists x amount’ but there were different sizes so surely a small mist wouldn’t be the same as a large? I left dissapointed. Rest of next was massively overpriced."

"I've always had a pleasant shopping experience at this store, until sadly today. I visited with the view of returning an item that was incorrectly sent following an online order (understanding mistakes can be made), for my account to be refunded and then to pay again in full for the item I actually ordered. I left without purchasing the item again as there was no initial apology from the staff member on behalf of Next as a company for the inconvenience caused, until I promoted them. Good customer service is always to initially apologise."

"Next at home opened on its new site just west of Marsh Mills retail park. Now on two floors including Costa Coffee, Paperchase and Virgin Holidays. We visited in December and found the covid controls to be excellent, limiting customers going in, clear social distancing controls and signage and hand sanitiser stations everywhere. Typical Next layout with home, lighting, furnishings and clothing departments."
