"Kitchen very nice, Sophie the kitchen designer did an excellent job however customer service in our case was not at all acceptable. The accounts department didn't come up to scratch either, stopping my builders account because of a mistake on Howdens part. Very Very unprofessional. We were promised a £50 discount on a wine cooler that we thought didn't work properly in the first place and stopped working altogether just a few days after the garantee ran out, the manager reneged on the promise of the £50 so beware of any company that goes back on a deal."
