"A great hob which we bought to replace an earlier Smeg model. The hob arrived safely and the driver unpacked it to make sure that there was no damage. I managed to find a LPG fitter locally and he was able to fit it quickly. "I had a wonderful experience with the sales team. Unfortunately we received the Miele hob and it does not work! We were told long Eaton cannot replace it as there was a gap between us having it delivered and installing it! Our kitchen company went into administration which is why we could not have it installed until now. We were told we would have to wait for a Miele engineer to visit!!!"
"Phoned and ordered a new Neff Combi Oven / Microwave at lunchtime and less than 24 hours later it was delivered by their own team of delivery personnel and not some courier who potentially won’t handle your item with care, and not just dropped at the door either, they took it straight through to the kitchen and even offered to help make sure it was the correct fit before they left. I think it was James I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order, he was polite and very helpful. To sum up, very competitive on price, and an excellent service."
