"Appalling company. 5 weeks ago my 11 month old cooker caught fire internally. After speaking to manufacturer regarding the warranty. I’ve now had 2 engineers come out to inspect. 3 weeks from the incident the report is now passed to AGA Rangemaster’s insurer. An insurance assessor has since been out to file yet another report of the total damage to the appliance and kitchen. Now being told to wait 2 weeks further for the next action. (Which apparently is an acceptable time for a reply to an email.) And expect a 4th person to come inspect. So to point out that’s 7 weeks minimum without a form of cooking facility. Numberous broken phone calls later promising call backs with information. Heard the customer service was poor but shambolic handling is putting it lightly. The applicance itself I’ve loved and couldn’t fault working use, shame the brand has let down the customer. Now legal proceedings are now to take place."

"Phoned for an out of service repair £165 but promised to repair and replace any parts on the given date which was 2 days later. The engineer was supposed to ring early in day to give us a time for he's arrival thus saving us from staying in all day, at 3pm I received the called ' what's wrong with cooker' ( already told the service centre) Ok I order the part and get back to you..... Week later still waiting £165 quick to take our money though !! service centre problem)ok I order the"
