"Table for 4 after 20 mins wait which was ok. However, we were seated at 2 very wobbly tables and when I eventually got hold of who seemed the most senior staff member (Nicki) and showed her the state of our table, I was a little shocked by the response "I didn't design these tables, I can move you if you want but you'll have to wait". I understand they are busy on a Saturday evening but more attention to customer service is required. We won't be going back to Nando's at Bentley Bridge again."

"I visited today with my family for lunch after we had been bowling next door. We were greeted by Spencer who was very polite and attentive. When we ordered, we were served by Ewan who again was polite, courteous and attentive, overall these two members of staff were great. Also the food we received was fantastic so praise to the guys preparing the food. Overall 10/10. Thanks guys"

"Plenty of parking in well-marked out areas with easy access to Nando’s. Very fast service although it was busy. The food was quick with virtually no wait as we ordered with the app. The various dishes were hot, tasty and up to a very good standard. Fantastic."
