"The spa here is really gross. Had a brief visit and was left disgusted quite frankly. The showers are grim and the changing room floors were completely covered in water and clumps of women's hair. And to top it all off the place is covered in mould. Would not ever come back and I do not recommend visiting."

"I've been coming here since I was a kid. It's local and a good size pool. The staff are always helpful and nice. The down sides are the gym is not the biggest and the spa is so expensive I'd never pay for a day pass to try it. The women's locker rooms are always grubby. I've seen black mould everywhere and some women like to leave their used sanitary products on the changing rooms which is disgusting. It's cheap and cheerful and a great part of the barkingside community. Just the cleanliness could improve."
