"False advertising. There is no unlimited booking as most of the courts are pre-booked (before booking is opened to members) by coaches for private lessons till 8-9 PM every weekday. The bookings open at 12 midnight 10 days in advance and majority of the courts are booked for coaching and compete tennis coaching classes. The maintenance of the courts is quite poor. The courts are always dusty and cause allergies due to Tennis ball fluff. The heating in winter months is very limited. Impossible to play without a thick layer over dry fit clothes."
"We played a tournament there in December, great indoor facilities with plenty of parking. If you Google maps to Redbridge tennis club, it takes you to a location about 1 mile away from the actual club."
"Good but too costly for Tennis membership. You have to stay awake till midnight to book indoor courts & half of the indoor courts are prebooked by coaches. We are forced to go there because there are no other indoor courts nearby. Otherwise we wouldn't have got the membership here!"
"Basic sports centre. No swimming pool. Nice amount of paid parking available at a reasonable rate. We mainly go for the kids gymnastics session which is perfect and reasonably priced for an hours session. Kids really love to run around in the hall and bounce. One member of staff, male, is rude and very short with customers showing very little customer service skills."
"I volunteered at a badminton tournament for one day and played on the next day. The hall is great for tournaments as it is big enough and is easily reached with the Central line so close. There was a slight delay for lunch as we all broke for lunch at similar times."
