"Bad communication - including ignoring emails. Poorly managed by rude manager whom has no understanding of children’s social, emotional and mental health and well being. Be careful with ambiguous unfair terms of contract. Money greedy! Changes to lessons made and No refunds offered. Simply - waste of time and money!"

"5 stars for coaching staff, but management ZERO stars. I've paid for several lessons for my kids but at the end we just done some lessons only due to lockdowns. I've told the managers to refund remaining monies but since December 2020 to this point we have Not managed to get our monies back. The management was informed that I was not able to continue to attend any standing leasons... to this point a refund not been provided. Advice ..if you use this company ONLY use a credit card as the purchase of services is protected."
