Then I needed some help with another craft and she gave me some advice and took me to where the items were. Very helpful and friendly. We went to the till and the member of staff reminded me about my Hobbycraft card. Great service all round. Very happy whenever I go to the Watford branch. Even my nearly 3 year old granddaughter says it's her and Nanny's favourite shop. Top marks."
