"Went to have a my necklace clasp replaced as other main jewellers advised they can’t repair but mr Jackson looked and repaired my clasp there and then for no charge! They were so kind in the shop and I could not highly recommend them enough , nice to know there are still some nice decent people out there not out for your money and do a nice deed. "Im a little bit late with this review but as they say better late than never. I dont know the name of the lovely lovely lovely lady who looked after me when i went in to have a lobster clasp replaced on a gold chain. We spoke about the chain and its history and how sentimental it was to me as it belonged to my grandmother. I really felt welcome and that is a big thing for me as i am not really comfortable going into shops. If i could give more stars i would. Thank you very much lovely lady and of course to MR Jackson for fixing the chain."
