"If I could give no stars I would! The staff in the Stratford Westfield branch are very rude, they talk down to you. My daughter brought me the popular tennis bracelet in a medium I had the receipt and wanted to change it to a size large as I personally didn’t like the fit of the medium. The member of staff said use the extension I said I didn’t want to I don’t like it with the extension. She was talking to me with such attitude she was persistent that I use the extension even though I said I don’t want to. Before she checked on her screen or in the back she shrugged me off and said we don’t have a large I asked her have you check she then went to the back with the huff and looked and said no try next week. The attitude in that particular store makes me NEVER want to go back in there again! I think that is the worse customer service I have received in my life the way she spoke to me the way she looked at me I’m shocked!"

"I love Swarovski items and been using their jewellery for years. First time i bought a watch online and needed to extend it as too tight. i walked in the stratford branch ti have the little link attached so it fits but the store manager was feeling a bit miserable and refused to do so. He obviously saw that i was unhappy and that made his day. Such a sad man, inconsiderate, and very sly and mean trying to provoke a reaction which i didn’t but walked out. Just because they are in the workplace can’t treat the clients with such a disrespect. Good luck to him. I just fixed it from another store. And will be buying and enjoying swarovski always regardless the attitude of this man."
