"We were given a quote for a 22k gold ring last week, came back today to purchase it. Gold price had gone lower than last time and today we were given price even higher the last week. When I questioned the sales lady why that was and told her you had given me a lower price last time. All of a sudden the lady took the ring away from me and put it away and said if you don’t want it then leave. I felt like the woman was drunk or something because of a sudden mood swing and became aggressive and violent as if she wanted to fight/hit me. Last week the same lady was very nice. I had come a long way intending to purchase the ring but seeing this lady’s extremely poor customer service and lack of respect made me walk away."
