"Shocking customer service. I walked in all happy after a long day at work interested in looking at rings. It was very evident that I'm a jewellery buyer as I wear a lot of gold rings on my fingers. These two gentlemen didn't say hello, acknowledge my presence or even ask if I needed help. I was in for a good 5 minutes looking around yet they were too busy talking. On walking out I them that their customer service was terrible. I was looking forward to going to the store for a long time despite the gold price rising so they've LITERALLY lost a potential long term customer."

It's and amazing array of necklaces pendants bracelets and charms.itis absolutely lovely The person that served was extremely polite friendly with a genuine interest to help me.
