"We have been members since November 2021. Just enquired about cancelling (annual anniversary was November 2022) and have been advised we would have to pay £90 (although no treatment received since the anniversary). To me this is a scam and you'd be better off with an insurance policy. 20% discount applied to Very few treatments / medication so it sounds a lot better than it is. I pay a quarter of the prices at Petdrugsonline. BEFORE deciding to do this, just be aware that whatever you do, you will not be making the "saving" they make you believe you will."
"Scam. Go elsewhere or you will regret it. They do not want to deal with you or help you. They are purely incompetent. My vet told me I was supposed to get a welcome pack and terms and conditions which I did not. Am going to be placing a complaint with citizens advice"
"Sure this is a scam! I bought a plan with them for a vet's that didn't exist. Asked them to transfer to it a real vet and when they called back they then told me that they couldn't do that! Then actually yelled at me for saying I was disappointed in their service. Tried to blame the vets when it was a plan I bought with them via their website. Here's hoping I actually get a refund."

"Our pet Sweep has been on the Pet health Club since she was a pup. We've never had any problems with fleas or ticks or worms, we got 20% off her neutering and we get 20% off her Optimmune. It also covers her annual vaccinations and we no get COST price food. A great value scheme!"
