"Found this diamond store by chance as we were waiting to go to the Lift109 at Battersea power station, it caught our eye with a very sparkly window display, the items we looked at in the window looked amazing and competitive prices too, I mainly get my wife’s jewellery at Tiffany but the items in the store were definitely on pair if not better, both design and price wise, my wife liked a pair of earrings on display so we went in to have a closer look, the two gentleman were extremely helpful, offering drinks and explaining about the store and history of the company, a full explanation of the diamonds and the quality, we brought the earrings and while we went to the Lift 109 they cleaned them to top quality, very happy with the purchase and no doubt will be buying from them again."

"Champagne and diamonds and a really well designed store with stunning pieces of jewellery made us enter in the store for the first time. To only experience the most helpful, genuine, caring and smiling staff. You have to hear the story of the company and feel the passion of every single person working there about the brand and how they sell. We ended up purchasing a really nice bespoke piece of jewellery and we were in a rush - Alan (the director), Luis, Michelle, Ellie and the rest of the stuff were absolutely brilliant throughout the process. We had done a lot of research but their resourcefulness pointed at things that were very crucial and we had not thought of them which made things super easy. It was a true journey for both me and my partner. And tlexactky how we wanted it to be and dreamed of it. An example of a World Class customer service which u fortunately you don't get very often anywhere else. These guys went so far out of their way that - we had to travel for a party in Sheffield and really wanted to have our piece of jewellery on a bit earlier than the previously arranged dates. The team in Glasgow, Leeds and London coordinated things within less than 24 hours from Friday afternoon to Saturday midday for the piece to be hand delivered at our hotel in Sheffield before the party we were at. I mean..... what beats that!? We are now discussing a few more things we wanted to have for our wedding. I could not say how grateful I am to everyone in the company and we love the brand from the very first we entered the London shop."
