Bucherer - Official Rolex Retailer

"Wen't into this store a few weeks ago to enquire about purchasing a rolex, staff were very obnoxious and dismissive acting as if they couldn't sell me anything that was on display and that they don't have anything in stock, even if true, thats fine. Take my details or something and let me know what comes in as I'm interested but upon further research you find there is a lot of underhand practices in the Rolex buying world, you can't go direct to rolex to order a custom watch and you have to use an Authorised Dealer, the authorised dealers either sell their allocation of stock quickly to resellers (probably with a nice little off the books tip) or to avid collectors. Which means you can only buy it off the resellers for extortionate prices and which means I cannot a custom watch. Safe to say I won't be coming back wasting my time entering into this nonsensical charade."

"Last time I purchased several timepieces from the Bucherer Westfield shop was several years ago. Was there yesterday and met a new member of staff to me who was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. As a result of such mannerism and as a collector I most certainly will be visiting the store again and for sure purchase a few more timepieces. Bravo and thank you."

"I visited the shop as a repeat customer, in search of my dream watch. After a short wait outside due to the capacity restrictions around Covid, I was greeted by pleasant security staff, and they welcomed me into the shop. Each customer was being served by a salesperson, so I used the opportunity to quickly browse the displays. It wasn't long before a salesperson named Robert approached me and introduced himself. We had a very pleasant conversation, and he was able to find the answer to a question about my wife's watch. He was then kind enough to assist me with detailed information about the timepiece that I was interested in. I really enjoyed the experience and felt like a valued customer. This is quite rare to see these days, so I am really happy and can definitely recommend this shop and the salespeople there."

"Rude, condescending belittling female staff member gave me a lecture on why I would not be able to buy any rolex watch that day and rather build up some business first by purchasing products I didn't want or need. Then perhaps if I was lucky she might see what she can do at some random point of time in the future. Absolute joke for customer service"

"I honestly cannot fault my experience buying from Daniel at the Westfield Bucherer branch. He managed to find a watch I've been wanting for a very long time, which I'm very grateful and we had champagne which was a great touch. However, what really stood out to me though, was how much of an occasion Daniel made the transaction simply by being really personable. He understood my nerves when making the purchase and he appreciated that this was a special occasion for me. It's hard to find customer interactions like that today. In fact, it was the best buying experience I've ever had. It was so good, it made me toy with the idea of selling one of my other watches so I could buy another new watch!"
