The woman at counter was very rude, I asked if she could show me a necklace and she told me to “wait” with no apology or reason and continued typing on her PC while we stood and waited for 5 minutes. For such beautiful jewellery, I would expect the service to match. Completely discouraged to buy based on that experience."
