"First necklace I received the chain broke within 2 weeks of careful wear. I had to pay for shipping to replace. The second purchase was a ring and the Jade came out but I was able to find the piece of jade so I contacted r&r and they said that I was to pay for repairs and shipping so instead, I gorilla glued the Jade back into the ring and it’s stayed in place 1000% better and longer than the professionally constructed original. Will not be purchasing again."
