"Gave 2 stars just for Kadir who collected & dropped off mower went above & beyond his service & was incredibly helpful, can’t fault him at all. On phone with someone else who worked there I made arrangements to collect my lawnmower, but they didn’t make it clear that I would have to pay £45 collection fee & £50 just to check what needed doing to it. I did originally say that if it would cost too much I wouldn’t go ahead as funds were tight & I needed to know before continuing job how much, but there was never any mention of the £95 fees before any work done. Found out it was going to cost too much to fix so decided it wasn’t worth it, then was shocked to be told I had to pay £95. Got them to drop off mower & listed it on eBay for parts to try & retrieve money. They did offer if I bought a new mower from them they would deduct the money, but they tried to push me into purchasing one that cost the same price as it would of been to fix my other one, didn’t make sense, but their mowers were too much & ended up buying a new one from a great company in Horsham which was very reasonably priced. Lesson learnt. ***I’m adding this note the day after leaving review, as I got a call from the company today who have put a credit on my account with them, so the £95 will go towards a service next year on any lawnmower I will own then. Thank you for the call it was very much appreciated & shows good customer service.***"

I went with his recommendations which he then set up for me and ran through how to operate the equipment. I rang Bill with a couple of questions once I started using it all which he was happy to help with."
