"Excellent communication ,very clear instructions and quick response times. They even managed to arrange an appointment on the same day. The engineer when arrived was quite professional and explained me what it needs to be done. My setup did not have a radiator valve drain off but the engineer was quite resourceful and managed to drain from the boiler using some tubes instead. I've added them on the phonebook for future use (hopefully I don't have to call them soon :) )"

The previous plumbers had tiled around the bath so taking out the original, then carefully placing another in its place (plus the sizes were slightly different too) merited precision and skill.
