Darius responded immediately, came to assess the job the next day and took some photos. Day after he had identified the replacement and work was done the next day with minimum of fuss and very reasonable cost. He's a really personable and friendly guy as well, no hesitation in recommending and will be in touch with him again for the list of plumbing jobs we have!"
