"Shane came out and repaired our washing machine quickly which was great however when I pointed out he’d been paid twice in error he point blank refused to refund us and refused to answer our calls and text/WhatsApp messages. Not professional at all. Shame really as we thought we might’ve used him again in the he future. Not anymore, very disappointed."

"Responsive at the beginning. Informed me he had the part for my oven. After that trying to get a date was near impossible and then went off the radar in terms of communication so the job was never completed . He either did not want to do the job or was too busy or had 'parking issues' which appears to be the get out of jail free card. Disappointed and a lot of time wasted."

"Shane responded to our query very promptly, came to us later that day and had a look at our washing machine. Although he fixed the initial issue, he figured that it ran a little deeper, was very informative about what had happened, polite professional and helpful. He came back again today to attempt to fix the problem again but rather than rip us off, explained why it wasn't worth fixing and helped to look for a new one. Highly recommended and am very grateful for all Shane did!"

"Shane was absolutely brilliant. Very reasonable, knowledgable and experienced. Helped with installing our new washing machine and realigning the bottom oven door so it could close. Had we known what a great person he was we may of waited a little longer to get a new one and got it fixed instead. Definitely someone you can trust with your appliances when they go wrong. Honest, reliable and great communication we have no hesitation to recommend to anyone. In this day and age it is very difficult to say that as everyone claims to be an expert and are usually not."

Shane responded promptly to my online message on a Sunday..arrived when promised, reached a quick diagnosis, even offered a refurbished more economical part for a 20 year old dishwasher and returned and installed next day for a very reasonable price. Fantastic. Will definitely be the first person I call next time."
