"Arrived for our appointments and Ricky was ready for us. He talked us through using QR code to cover the paperwork, whilst we did that he sanitised the room and helped us look at nose bars. Once we selected the bars he let us know that he will need to sterilise the bars we chose and that would take 10 minutes, Ricky literally kept us informed and he was awesome. My friend had her piercing first, he talked her through the process and let her know what was going on step by step, he was so gentle. When it came to my turn he let me know what was happening and when. Amazing. When we told him we came from Essex, he even recommend some places for us to see visit whilst in Wales. Ricky was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get a piercing done in the area. Thanks Ricky you’re awesome"
