"I have recently moved to wales. I have had weaves for 5 years+ and always loved having long hair, but since moving to wales its not been financially possible to maintain this luxury. After rocking the natural look for at least 6 months.. i got speaking to a few people in the area regarding good hairdressers, i was advised to visit Helen @ Serenity. All visits at Serenity have been 10/10, the customer service is brilliant and the team have managed to make me feel relaxed and for once.. enjoy the thought of having a hair cut. I cannot remember the name of the apprentice who is currently working there, though she dealt with me amazingly and managed to make me feel at ease in her care. She was asked by Helen to wash my hair, which was done beautiful and felt amazing.. and for once at a salon, i wasn't having a complementary face wash too!! Helen was really patient with me whilst I found a style in a magazine similar to one i desired. Thank you girls, keep up the gd work! see you in July"

I can without guilt treat myself to the latest colours and styles at a fraction of what I would pay in the Bay. All the stylists are masters of their craft, even the apprentices. There is always a welcoming atmospher and decent tea/coffee. If you want regular treats and pampering at easily affordable prices, you really must book with Serenity."
