"I cannot rate Alison at Papattes highly enough. Alison recently cared for my 6 year old Saluki cross, LuLu, for a 3 week stay. I have had difficulties in the past with leaving LuLu at other pet care facilities as she does have a tendency to pine, not eat and so on. Alison listened carefully to my concerns, made suggestions and agreed a plan of action if issues did occur. As it happened LuLu settled in very quickly and returned from Papattes happy, healthy and having made two new friends. During the stay I received regular updates and photographs which was very reassuring."
