"The service in this store is a disgrace, i tried to return a faulty item yesterday only to be greeted by rude staff who basically told me to go away and that i had to return the item to Nintendo? i bought the console from Argos and it is not working why would i need to send to Nintendo, really not interested in helping me"

"I just wanted to say how Lisa went out of her way to help me out when I purchased an item which was incomplete. The item was re-ordered from another store for delivery the following day, when I visited the store to collect after 5pm Lisa was still there having been due to finish at 3.30pm. The replacement item wasn't available despite her searching through all the days' deliveries. Placing phone calls Lisa tracked another replacement down and arranged for it to be dropped off to her personally so that I could collect it later today. She really did go above and beyond. THANK YOU Lisa your efforts were much appreciated. I hope your Manager recognises your worth to Argos."

"The staff here are totally inept. The Consumer Rights Act has not changed. You can't refuse customer refunds for faulty items, laws are being broken. Paul the "manager" needs to brush up on consumer law and his people skills. A very rude man child!"
