"Only 1 till is open and customers are forced to struggle and use the self service whilst also having to wait ages before they’re helped by another member of staff. After making a complaint to Sharron about about a misleading advertisement she had responded to us in a degrading manner rather than explaining about the advertisement. Customer service is absolutely shocking. What was supposed to be a short trip turned into nearly 2 hours due the lack of customer service."

"Never seem to have any paper bags everytime I come here. You're forced to buy the £1.00 bags. Although it's a poor way to sell bags as you're forced to buy it or go out with your clothes in your hands. Won't use this store again.."
