"Booked a taxi and they told me it would be 20 minutes which is fine and then it got delayed by a few minutes. I received a text saying the taxi is outside which it wasn’t. I then called the taxi company and they said the driver will call me. So he called me 2 minutes later telling me he was round the other side of my building and I asked him to come round the back. I then waited over 5 minutes and the driver was still a no show, so I called the company and he said the taxi has picked me up which they definitely hadn’t so obviously they’d let someone else go in my taxi which I’d waited nearly an hour for already."

"Goldline was a reliable service but I won't be taking them again due to many times i have booked a cab for important appointments to hospitals and they turn up later than the time i booked it! The whole point of booking a cab is so it comes on time! When the cab is half hour late i get no apology and when you call office to complain I don't get no apologies .The drivers are very good and polite but i feel whoever is making the bookings at the office are not doing a good job. Never again!"

"Was a great service for our business at first, no issues. Then a no show in the morning, and a driver stuck in traffic, so a no show for the return pick up. We paid £183 to them, and excuse after excuse as to no refund. Very bad customer service, wouldn't even meet us half way with a part refund "Who's going to pay the driver?"... Us it seems. Will not use again, unreliable and no apology."

"Called to get a quote to go to London and back - I got a very unprofessional person saying "my mangers not in the office - I am alone - call back tomorrow" - The chap had no clue and did not have the right respectful tone that you would expect. My impressions after calling them - if they cant man their reception properly are they likely to give me a good worry free service? Sorry, but I am not risking it."
