"I paid £65 for ear drops but found them online for £13.50, rang to speak to the manager and Lucy Barber was extremely rude, apparently the extra charges are for the vets time. When I pointed out I paid for the vets tme she put the phone down. How unprofessionall, I will continue the rest of my dogs treatment at another vet. Have complained to head office, hopefully the calls are recorded"
