"Takes 3 months! My carpet man gets his flooring from here. We ordered it over 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I asked him to get my money back and they have taken weeks to do a refund, then 'sent a cheque in the post'! I mean really? I've tried calling them, they never answer. I have no carpets - I let rooms in my house out and they've been empty for 3 months because of this. I don't have a job due to Corona and at the current time desperately need the income for the mortgage. I've lost so much sleep over it. Terrible way of doing business."
