DNA Payments Limited

"Signed up in late November, started taking payments in Dec 2022. No settlements were paid into my bank. I stopped using the terminal. Have been complaining by letter, email and telephone since December. My merchant number is not recognised, so I can't log in. I am repeatedly promised help, but nothing is done. £400 has just disappeared in the system. It is now 17th January. NO HELP for seven weeks! Now 24th January. DNA payments raised a new ticket, then closed it two days later. Nothing done. I will have to instigate court proceedings to recover my money. Don't touch this firm! February now, promises on here to help me. Still nothing. Do not sign a contract with these people, there is zero customer service!"

I am 7 phone calls into trying to get this sorted and still getting nowhere. I wish I had done my research before being pressured into signing up on the day when they turned up uninvited to my business. Looking at other reviews I am not the only one with similar issues"

"We were offered a payment machine with a free initial rental for swapping to DNA payments whilst in contract with clover payments. I should have read the reviews first and avoided them. This company is a total nightmare to deal with. They are chasing payments for a lease of a card machine, which is currently meant to be in a free period. Various calls and emails, with a promise to have this resolved by the end of today, and I hear nothing. Not the terms and conditions that I agreed to, so card reader will be posted back with a letter of complaint."

"ZERO STARS!! AVOID DNA payments. Mis-sold their product to me, claiming great savings if I switched to them. Promised next day payments. Takes 5 days or more for payment even then they don't send it all and you nearly have to contact them to say youve not received your own money!! I have rang, left messages, sent emails, used the virtual live chat for customer support and have got little no response. They have broken their agreement from day one. I have emailed to cancel but have yet to receive a reply. Awful service. I would agree with the other reviews that this is a scam company and please avoid."
