Most of them say that after 25k is invested account is frozen which is huge risk. 3. No contact number to reach them. Better to avoid this."
"I’ve put £25K in savings and it’s been 7 days since they have frozen my account. I have emailed everyday since because I desperately need my money due to bills needing to be paid etc. I have also given all the necessary information needed in order to unfreeze my account but I have heard nothing back. Their customers service is horrendous and I still without my money that I DESPERATELY need. My next step will be to go to their offices in London to get this sorted as this is past ridiculous."
