"If I could give 0 stars I would. THE WORST Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had (and I've had alot), slimy sloppy cheese that had slid off the pizza leaving 2 slices devoid of any cheese or any pepperoni. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. When I rang to complain Haroon didn't seem to care and told me to take it up with PH customer services which I did. Never used this PH franchise branch before and never will again. Thankfully PH Wakefield Horbury Road did me a delicious replacement and even knocked me a £1 off"

"Very poor service from Delivery driver. Paid for extra dips, and the driver lied about them been in the pizza boxes. Careless & Selfish service. The food tasted good, but the base of the pizza was under cooked. I've been to other pizza huts in other parts of the country, and they do a much better job."

"Normally order pizza from domino's but thought I'd give pizza hut a go I haven't been for years. Ordered 2 pizzas and one turned up looking like it had been in the microwave the cheese has just about melted. This is a shambles for pizza hut."

"Absolute disgusting pizza ordered a margarita large pizza. Came with cheese half way down all the slices. Called up to let them know and having a special needs child and not showing any empathy whatsoever the manager was rude to be honest. He was like has to be full pizza how do you expect me take food out of the child’s mouth when they have been waiting to eat. And it was a bite. Would not recommended this place. Need to higher your standards to uphold the Pizza Hut name your customer service is shocking!!"
