"Ordered 2 pizzas and chips Sunday the 6th march chips were stone cold and just mainly like hard ends of scraps of chips both pizzas just tasted really salty for some reason which we have never had before it laid heavy on me to which I was actually sick twice through the night so was very disappointed with what it cost to be throwing sum away"

"11/10 - Good customer service is when things are right every time. Excellent customer service is when mistakes (which do happen on occasion) are owned up to and rectified immediately. Slight issue with a pizza ingredient, spoke to the shop and a replacement pizza was despatched almost immediately. That’s how to keep customers!! Thanks very much. Cannot recommend this place enough. (And the pizzas were awesome as per usual!!)"
