"Good private clinic, you can usually get an appointment within two days or same day if urgent. We have only seen Dr. Georgieva (pediatrician) and Dr. Val (ENT) and they are both amazing. My only recommendation is to plan the appointments better. I've been there about 10 times and was never admitted on time. Waiting times are between 30 to 60 minutes regardless of what time of the day your appointment is."

"Bulgarian clinic, Bulgarian mentality. On 03/11 I reserved an appointment for doctor Koleva (11am 20/11/2022). On 17/11 they called me to inform me that the doctor is coming in two weeks. Otherwise, on 03/11 I am offered classes to choose from as well. Thank you for the "professional Bulgarian attention"."
