"Maria is one of the most beautiful counsellors I’ve encountered. After a lifetime struggling to show emotion even with previous therapists due to diagnosed PTSD and childhood trauma Maria finally helped me crack open with her inner child healing sessions. The tears finally came and I felt more lighter and free than I had in a long time. My anxiety dissipated and the Hope was to carry on with this journey but haven’t managed to yet. She had the most gentlest nurturing but direct style that made me feel safe to open up and release stuck trauma and anger from childhood .I’ve since joined Maria’s meditation sessions on zoom which started with the first lockdown. They got me through the first few months of shock and worry with a new level of acceptance and surrender. As you can probably guess I’m a huge fan of Maria’s work and her Amazing healing abilities .
