"Stunning setting. Left side of the central walkway gives your trigger pulls a deafening echo around the landscape continually resonating. Very reasonable if you bring your own shells, but will try some out from the range. Occasional group sessions but never in the way and everyone is super chilled and smiling. Back lanes to get to the venue caution on speed and for colder months there are some potential lethal hills than may ice. Best range in Bristol and a really pleasant chap on the gatehouse beavering away. Recommended."

"Visited Braces Shooting with a group of 8 guys for a bit of a fun on a Sunday just gone. Everyone had a good time, even those who were a little apprehensive were surprisingly a good shot after a little coaching by our host Andy, who was friendly and always ready to give advice and help. He was experienced and able to answer the random questions thrown at him, couldn't have asked for a better guide on the range, so do pass on everyone's thanks to him. The range was well equipped with well kept guns and lots of different pigeons which were setup in various difficulty levels which was good for those who did have a good shot from the get go. Looks like there was an air rifle range too. Cover from the elements was available so the clouds that looked like they might open up didn't bother us too much. The place was clean and tidy and no one got mucky. Finding the range was easy as its well signed. Parking not a problem too, loads of spaces right next to the range! Booking was straightforward with helpful guys on the end of the phone. Def be back, in a group or just in my spare time to get better at my shot and chill out! Nice peaceful country location and fun too! Thanks again Dan for sorting it all out!"
