"Had such a terrible experience here - Shirlee completely lacks warmth and empathy. She lectured me on what she thought my "issues" were, although she was completely wrong about everything, she just kept going on and on. I was in tears at the end of the session and she just opened the door onto the street and I collapsed into a heap on the pavement. Despite having a 5-storey townhouse she does not have a waiting area so you have to arrive at the exact time of your appointment or she will not let you in, and she actually tells you off if you arrive a minute early as she does not want you to see the previous person leaving. Despite my reservations I went back for a second session and it was even worse. It was an extremely traumatic experience which I would not wish on anyone else."
