"I self referred and was invited to a introduction to CBT seminar. The seminar asked everyone to log on to a video chat. We could see all the attendees names, faces and heard some of their stories! Not confidential at all! I then had to schedule time off work to attend my first session, which was okay, but I personally found it patronising, but thought I need to be open minded and get what I can from it.... So I took time off work again to have my 2nd session. I sat waiting for 20mins, for a call that never came. I called the office, only to be told the appointment wasn't actually booked their end. JOKE! Waste of time!"
