The nursery layout was great everything was quite impressive. The passion in the staff. Its the first nursery i’ve seen in a while that is great overall. Only gave 4 stars as she hasn't started yet."

"First time parents. Our 15 month has been attending tendercare canterbury road since March and we could have honestly not chosen a better nursery. It took our son a month to completely settle with no tears but staff were so reassuring that it was going to get better. Anna in particular did a wonderful job with his settling and making him a happy boy. He's become so confident and we've noticed such a big development in him already. From the moment Andrea welcomed us in the building to show us around, she had won our hearts. we walked out knowing thats definitely where we want our child to be(we had previously visited 3 nurseries). Andrea was so patient, caring and knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease. The nursery overall has an amazing vibe, everyone seems happy. We are so pleased our little boy belongs to this little community."

"Such an amazing nursery. Sent my 2 year old there and it took him a few months to settle due to not being around other people/children because of Covid. But the staff at Tendercare were so patient with him and really helped encourage him to play with the other children and make friends. Not only were they brilliant with my son, they were very reassuring to me especially during the first few months. Now my son looks forward to going and even wants to go back when I pick him up each time. A special shout out to the manager Saleha, the staff who take great care of my son - Anna, Andrea, Sara, Emarne and Claire."
