"100% I was so fortunate to be a part of this amazing team, I did not want to leave but due to personal reasons I had to leave. I was the Deputy manager/ Room Leader and SENCO in the nursery, I have been working with children for 10+ years now and I must say this is the BEST NURSERY I HAVE EVER WORKED IN and it sad to say the first nursery I have worked in to send my child to, working in previous nurseries I just thought they was not good enough to send my child to. Westbury Tender Care believe that the children learn through play but they also have THIER CHOCIE (CHILDREN CHOOSE WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO PLAY WITH). Their focus is around the children and there needs, also being a parent there myself the staff would always communicate how my child has been through out the day. The keyworkers would work in partnership with the parent to set their next steps. The nursery have a wonderful team they are amazing, friendly, kind and understanding. Liz is the manager at the nursery she is a wonderful manager who will always find or provide support for you and your needs as a parent or staff member. The nursery has provided so much support for me and my family, they listened to my needs when wanting to go on different courses e.g. I wanted to learn Makaton to teach the children who has speech difficulties, Liz and Shyrose (proprietor) provided this to all of the staff, now all the children are learning an extra curriculum because my son is now using it he knows how to say please, thank you, more, brother, sister, wait, toilet, milk, water and biscuit and that's just through the nursery. The paper work provided from the staff has made it VERY understandable for parents and they provide pictures with the observations, so you can actually see what your child is getting up too, the nursery track the child's development termly so you can see your child's progression. The paper work is very easy to do when you know the children and there capabilities. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO SHYROSE, LIZ AND MARIA YOU HAVE MADE MY EXPERIENCE VERY MEMORABLE."

"100% Our daughter attended Westbury Tender Care from when she was a baby until she started school at almost 5 years old. Throughout each stage of her being at the nursery, she was well-cared for, nurtured, challenged and provided with enjoyable activities. The nursery is expertly managed by Liz and her team are equally excellent. Our daughter developed extremely close relationships with the staff and still talks about Maria and Felisha. The staff were always ready to talk to us as parents and provided us with an insight into our daughter’s day. We feel extremely fortunate that we were able to send our daughter to such an amazing setting which gave her a brilliant start and put her in very good stead for the next stage in her education."

"Amazing Nursery, All staff are friendly. My son has been there since May and has fitted in well. His learning has improved with the thanks to the Toddler and Pre-School staff/ room. He enjoys attending nursery even on Saturday has asks "Mummy are we going nursery, to see my friends and Maria" Overall 10/10!"
