"I ordered the Squid and Steak for starter and main. The squid was decent but the steak was terribly underwhelming and charred. This did not measure up to other steak houses, especially at the price point. The service was a little slow but the waiters were friendly. The restaurant was not packed and I imagine they’d struggle if it were any busier. Rating Food: 2.5/10 Drink: 6/10 Service: 4/10 Price: 2/10"

"We were very hungry after hours of walking around London and completing the London Eye trip. This was the first restaurant we came across so decided to try it out. The place looks classy with great views of River Thames and Westminster. I tried their rib eye steak while my wife ordered the trout. Prices are on the higher side. We paid around £160 for 3 persons but the quality of food is top notch. A lunch to remember."

"The services was lovely. Although I didn't order a full meal I was delighted with what I ordered. The chill fried squid was delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared. I would go back for this dish alone. My sticky toffee pudding was not overly sweet. I would have preferred to pour my own sauce. However, because it wasn't swimming in sauce I was able to take what I wanted and leave the rest. My friend ordered the chcolate chop brownie. If you ave a rich dark chocolate palette you will love it! I would suggest eating it with two other people. The staff was very friendly and adequately attentive. I will certainly come back for the full dinner service and possibly afternoon tea."

"Tired hotel restaurant with zero atmosphere charging steakhouse prices for fairly average food. Decent views through dirty windows. Does not measure up to the standard of London steakhouses in this price range by any measure! Food: 2.5 Drink: 4 Atmosphere: 0 Service: 2 Price/value: 2 10.5/25 or 2.1/5 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Nice first impression on arriving through the first door into a well stocked and impressive bar room with its own small bar style dining tables. Dining room attached which is where the effect dies. Tired room full of mainly hotel guests. Looking at the website and photos we thought this to be a classic steakhouse night and dressed for the occasion. No real point as the room was filled with very casual diners and fair few kids drawing, playing, and doing what kids do. Table was a little sticky, windows onto very nice views were filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Overall set the atmosphere comparable to TGI Fridays. Fine if you know what you’re in for! Ordered fried squid and asparagus to start, and a tomahawk steak done medium for 2 to share. A few sides which had been waiting under a hot lamp for some time judging by the state of them. I’ve been to many a London steakhouse and I have to say it’s the first time I’ve ever had to cut my own sharing steak for 2. Very awkward on a large table where we also had our own plates. Bizarre. Steak quality was so/so. Decent char but under seasoned and watery - perhaps not properly defrosted before cooking. Sauces were congealed by the time they reached us. Overall it was intensely disappointing. For the price you have literally dozens of better options in the locale. If you’re staying at the hotel and want a quick and easy meal then probably does the job! Suggest a refurb or turning it into a cool hotel sports bar that also happens to have steak. Wouldn’t be far off and could be a lot of fun!"
